Gold Coast CareGivers

Gold Coast CareGivers has been providing in-home assistance to the residents of Ventura County since 1999.  As a subsidiary of Livingston Memorial Visiting Nurse Association Health Corp., we are the only not-for-profit home care agency in Ventura County.

There are several noteworthy distinctions about the Gold Coast program:

• -Caregivers are all certified nursing assistants and/or home health aides.
• -There is no minimum program or length of care commitment. Service is offered in shifts of 1 hour to 24 hours, 7 days a week.
• -Our non-medical assistance focuses on activities of daily living (ADLs: toileting, ambulating, bathing, dressing, transferring, eating), respite care, and general oversight.  Conditions such as frail elderly, dementia, rehabilitation, recovery from surgery, and chronic illness may all be appropriate for our care.
• -As a service-based organization, we are happy to share our knowledge about home care as well as provide referral information.  We work closely with the Area Agency on Aging, the Alzheimers Association, Catholic Charities, and the cities of Camarillo, Oxnard, and Ventura.
