|Livingston Memorial Visiting Nurse Association is a Non Profit organization providing Home Health and Hospice services for over 60 years throughout the Ventura County.  We do not turn away people who do not have the ability to pay.  Our staff can provide you with the quality and compassionate care you and your loved ones deserve.

Some of the many services that we provide include: skilled nursing, intravenous therapy, wound care, rehabilitation services such as physical, occupational and speech therapy, hospice and palliative care, as well as, Tele-Management Services.  We have specialty nurses for diabetes and pediatrics.  We offer, free of charge, community education in diabetes and other health issues for patients, families, caregivers and providers. We provide free community bereavement services and classes for those who have experienced a loss.

In addition to having access to a compassionate team of nurses, and other medical and non-medical staff, you will also benefit from the knowledge and expertise of Dr. Lanyard Dial, our CEO/President.  Dr. Dial has been with Livingston Memorial VNA as Medical Director since 1985, and has recently received his certification in hospice and palliative medicine to go along with his Board Certifications in family medicine and geriatrics.
