Simi Hills Gracious Retirement Living

Simi Hills is an independent living community located 2 blocks east of the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library.  There are studio, 1, and 2 bedroom apartments, some with views overlooking Wood Ranch.  All apartments are equipped with kitchenettes and full size refrigerators, individual climate control, and patios or balconies.  Residents decorate their apartments as they wish.

Rents are month to month with no buy-in fees, and are all inclusive of meals, housekeeping, scheduled bus service, numerous activities, electricity, cable TV, plus other amenities.  A travel program with Holiday Retirement Corp. allows residents to stay in sister communities located throughout North America up to a week for free!
