- Do I get to choose my caregiver or is it possible to interview beforehand?
- If I need to contact your company after hours or on weekends, who do I call?
- Do your caregivers lift patients?
- Do your caregivers drive patients?
- What services does your company not provide?
- What are your hourly and live –in rates if available?
- Are there any additional costs?
- Do you have a minimum number of service hours?
- Will you accept and coordinate for long term care insurance payments?
- What types of background checks do you require from your employees?
